If your order was paid online credit card or visa you will be refunded on the same card within 7 working days if your order is cash on delivery we will refund it as a store credit within 24 hours in your account or to your bank account which will require your bank details to refund the amount and the refund to the bank account within 14 working days as per your choice in the return request. For the Exchange you can make a return request and make a new order with the size that you want or you can from the stores exchange the size or the color for the same item only Terms and conditions apply
