DETAILS
Decorative Shallow Pan Ottoman Collection, When Ottoman cuisine is mentioned, culinary art, food culture, table richness, and food variety come to mind. Since the Fatih era, when Topkapi Palace was built, meals were cooked in kitchens called Matbah-Amire. There were units such as Has Kitchen, Kitchen, Pantry and affiliated to Matbah-Amire. In the Ottoman Empire, various tools were used according to the palace eating and drinking culture. The dishes, which are covered with copper, brass, and tile samples, have an important place among these kitchen tools. The patterns are stylized from a 19th-century sherbet glass with silver niello craftsmanship. Ahir Sahan is made of handmade glass and all the patterns on it are handcrafted and decorated with 24-carat gold. The drip plate and handle are made of brass.
